The project:

Exterior repair and repaint of a double-storey weatherboard home in Melbourne, requiring scaffolding for safe access, replacement and repair of damaged weatherboards, detailed surface preparation, priming and a complete exterior repaint. Sterling Painters has extensive experience with multi-storey weatherboard homes across Melbourne. This project involved repairing deteriorated timber, preparing existing surfaces and applying a durable exterior paint system designed to protect the home and deliver a consistent finish across both levels.

Finished house details

Extensive preparation was completed across the weatherboards, trims and exterior details, including timber repairs, removal of failing paint, sanding, filling and priming of bare surfaces. A complete exterior paint system was then applied, with a bright yellow (Pale Daffodil) selected by the homeowner for the gable stucco to create a distinctive feature.
