Finished house details
Extensive preparation to weatherboards, trims and period details, including repairs to damaged timber, removal of failing paint, sanding, filling and priming of bare surfaces. A complete exterior paint system was then applied to protect the home and deliver a durable, cohesive finish throughout.
Our Colour Consultant was used for this project, providing a modern take on a heritage house.

The condition before work began
The existing exterior showed areas of failing paint, weathered timber and surface deterioration. Several weatherboards and detailed features required repair before thorough preparation and repainting could begin.
A previous attempt at removing the original paint, via stripping and sanding, had left the boards in a very rough and fluffy condition, needing extensive preparation.
