A considered colour scheme was selected to complement the home’s original architecture, trims and decorative features while giving the exterior a refreshed finish. Finished house details
Detailed preparation focused on the home’s exterior trims, decorative lacework and period features, including removal of failing paint, sanding, filling, minor repairs and priming the new windows. A complete paint system was then applied to protect the surfaces and create a crisp, durable finish. The brickwork above the verandah had accumulated paint marks over many years. It was carefully prepared and repainted in a brick-toned finish to restore a more consistent appearance and better complement the home’s original period detailing.
